Windy PEI day with rain, snow & power outages

It’s another beautiful fall day on PEI.  Winds are gusting to 80+ KM/H, it’s raining heavily in Charlottetown and there’s reports of snow in Summerside.  CFCY listeners have stepped up to give us updates which include warning of debris on the roads!

one-hour delay for Donagh Regional School and for all schools in the Montague Family of Schools, with a further announcement by 8 a.m.
