DESCRIPTION:Interested in learning about new and exciting research by UPEI Environmental Studies students? \nOn Thursday\, April 20\, 7 p.m. the Confederation Centre Public Library presents\, ‘Environmental Science for the Rest of Us’. Enjoy an information packed hour of short presentations on current research. Some ‘ripped from the headlines’ topics are covered\, including: contamination of ground water; food sustainability; and\, off-shore wind farms. Other subjects vary from sustainable design engineering to precision agriculture.
