Music For A Winter’s Afternoon – free concert

The Friends of the Confederation Centre Public Library would like to extend an invitation to Music For A Winter’s Afternoon which is happening on Sunday, November 25 at 1:30 p.m. Spend an hour listening to the talented Mary MacGillivray and Cian O’Morain perform songs while sampling the refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library. Cian O’Morain is a multi-instrumentalist, native Irish speaker and story teller from County Kerry, Ireland. Cian is now living in PEI and happy to be joining this thriving musical community where he can share his love of story, tune and song.
Mary MacGillivray is a singer/songwriter who sings in English as well as Irish and Scottish Gaelic, and is learning to speak the languages of her heritage
