PEIHS Kitten Shower!

We’re expecting, so the

PEI humane Society is hosting a kitten shower!

Have you ever thought of fostering a momma and kittens?

Come to our foster information session to learn all about what is needed to provide a great foster home until they are ready for adoption!  Fostering mother and baby kittens is lots of fun, a little work with a big reward.  Not only do you get to spend time with playful cute kittens, you can help your local shelter when they really need it!

2:00pm – Kitten foster information session

Face painting, kids activities, cake and adorable kittens!

 Attendees are encouraged to bring donations from the gift list for our expectant mother cats in foster.

In order to meet the tremendous need for supplies and donations we are launching a online “Kitten Donation Drive” from May 18-May 26.  Gift list or monetary donations can be made online,  dropped off at the shelter or at businesses who would like to participate.

For every donation online or gift in shelter, you get one ballot in our draw to win a “Workplace basket delivery of kittens and lunch for 10  people”!

The PEIHS provides litter, food, toys and all supplies needed to all foster care homes caring for the influx of Mother cats and kittens during the year.  They stay in foster care for 12 weeks until they are socialized enough to be adopted.
