SUMMARY:Special Event with City Cinema
DESCRIPTION:ADHD PEI is hosting an exciting event with City Cinema. A multi-platform screening of “ADD & Loving it” will kick off our two-week targeted fundraising effort. The Founder’s Event fundraising campaign will help ADHD PEI fully establish itself as a legal entity and provide the fiscal runway to expand services programming to Islanders.  \nADHD PEI wants everyone to have access to this entertaining and informative documentary\, created and directed by Rick Green and starring Patrick McKenna. Rick Green’s company TotallyADD is a sponsor of this event and has donated the screening rights and materials. Because of this generosity\, in addition to the event at City Cinema we will be hosting a live screening of the film simultaneously via our website www.adhdpei.ca. There is no cost to attend the online screening however donations are welcome. \nThose interested in attending the in-person fundraising event can purchase tickets for $25 per person through the City Cinema website https://citycinema.ca. The Event will include the movie screening as well as a private Q&A with members of ADHD PEI afterwards\, and a free gift to show our appreciation. There will also be fun giveaways throughout the event. All established public health protocols around Covid-19 will be followed.  \nDoors open at City Cinema at 1:30 PM with the screening for both the online audience and the in-person guests beginning at 2:00 PM. The Documentary is 60 minutes long and will be followed by Q&A and socializing between 3:00 – 4:00 PM. We will also have some reading materials and information on ways to connect with us available after the screening.  \nFor more information about the screening\, or how to support our organization please contact Sandy Slade at 902-978-0351. For information on ADHD PEI\, please visit our website www.ADHDPEI.ca\, or email us at contact@adhdpei.ca. You can also follow us on Facebook: Facebook.com/ADHDPEI \, and Twitter: @ADHDPEI. \n
