Cascumpec Bay Watershed Association Boat Poker Run
Cascumpec Bay Watershed Association will be holding a BOAT POKER RUN on Sunday, July 25th. 1pm to 4pm. There will be 5 poker card stations set up at various docks from Alberton Harbour to Mill River. $10 per poker hand. This event is a fundraiser for fish habitat and stream enhancement projects in the area. Line up your friends and fill a boat for a fun afternoon of boating and poker. Summer Series Ceilidh
Summer Series Ceilidh continues Wednesday, Aug 4 at the Winsloe Lions Hall starting at 7:00. Special guest Terry Dunsford will be joined by Ian Hunter, Peter Burke, Brian Blacqueire, Brian Knox and Judy Lowe. There will be a 50/50 draw and canteen service available. The annual fundraising pottery sale for the PEI Potters Studio Coop will be held on Saturday, August 14 from 9 am to noon at The Farm Centre, located at 420 University Avenue in Charlottetown (building in between Sobeys and CBC). Pottery made by studio members and students will be available at great prices!
