PEI Earth Day Family Expo 2019 will be Monday Apr 22 (Earth Day and Easter Monday) at the PEI Farm Centre from 12 - 3 pm. The Kirk of St. James, on the corner of Fitzroy and Pownal Streets, is having their Mother’s Day Lobster Plate Take-out on Sunday, May 12th.  The take-out meal includes a 1 lb lobster in the shell (cracked), potato salad, coleslaw, a roll, and carrot cake. Miscouche Consolidated school is hosting a Family Fun Night on April 25. This is a Night for students and their families, as well as members of the public to come out for lots of games and activities. This night is put on by the hard working staff at Miscouche.

Prince Edward Island has several Invasive Species, and some are found in PEI National Park. This presentation discussed the innovative and collaborative approaches being taken to monitor and manage Invasive Species, and what we can all do to help.
