The Macphail Woods Ecological Forestry Project is holding the second annual Festival of Forests Sunday, August 27 from 2-6 p.m. at the Macphail Homestead in Orwell. The Festival will be a family-friendly fundraising event, with children’s activities, guided walks, food and short workshops as well a silent auction featuring items generously donated by Island businesses, artists and artisans.
