Phase II and Friends perform — rock-’n’-roll, pop, gospel, comedy, almost everything! — on Sunday evening, October 1st, 7:00 to 9:00 pm, at St. Paul’s church in downtown Charlottetown. Hospice PEI’s Dancing with the Stars, presented by National Bank will be held at the Murphy Community Centre, 200 Richmond Street, Charlottetown on Saturday, October 7th, 2017. Travel through time exploring how the Island was formed and how it became the beautiful place we now call home. On Thursday, October 19, at 7 p.m. Confederation Centre Public Library is hosting a free presentation by the MacPhail Woods Ecological Forestry Project. This slideshow and talk will cover the native ecosystems of PEI as well as their inhabitants, both flora and fauna, with a special focus on the Acadian Forest

On Oct.20-22 the village of Victoria is doing a Christmas event! Stores will be open, new things being made for this special event. The Grand Victorian is having there facility open and people are booking tables to sell food, crafts and much more! You could see a horse drawn carriage and maybe take a ride! Come see how they make apple cider on Friday . It's a family fun day!

The City of Charlottetown is hosting some exciting events for local ghosts, goblins, princesses, and super heroes. Children in kindergarten to Grade 6 are invited to attend a Halloween party on Friday, October 20 at West Royalty Community Centre from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. A second Halloween Party will be held on Saturday, October 21 at the Hillsborough Community Centre. Costumes are encouraged at these free events, which will include lots of fun games, and, of course, treat bags.…
