Pottery classes at the PEI Potters Studio
Registration for pottery classes at the PEI Potters Studio in Victoria Park opens on March 13 at 9 am. Classes for adult beginners are offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 pm beginning the week of April 10. Classes for children ages 9 to 14 will be held on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00, and depending on interest, from 1:00 to 3:00 beginning April 8. All classes run for a 10 week period. The Island A Cappella women's barbershop chorus will be holding a fundraising Book & Treat Sale at the Confederation Court Mall on Friday, March 17 between 9:00 - 1:00 (or while quantities last!). There will be plenty of gently used book bargains as well as homemade tasty treats for sale and all proceeds will go to support chorus members traveling off-Island to attend regional competition in June.
