The PEI Cancer Treatment Centre in Charlottetown there will be the 3rd Annual Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Walk. By 2020, pancreatic cancer deaths are expected to surpass breast cancer deaths. Currently 92% of those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer will die from the disease. Awareness events can help change these statistics. We have patients and family members available for interviews.
